bilateral meeting with Chicago Council on Foreign Affairs

  • I spoke to Samuel Kling, Director of Global Cities Research at the Chicago Council on Foreign Affairs. He reiterated several times how much they value their partnership and how much he enjoys working with our policy team (Laura and Óscar, you are popular!). Although we did explore some issues, we did not commit to any particular project for now.
