The General Secretaries of the UCLG regional and metropolitan sections met on the 3^rd of February. Metropolis, as the metropolitan section of UCLG, took part in this gathering where the next meetings of the organisation were prepared in view of the upcoming UCLG World Congress and Retreat. Moreover, the meeting was also the farewell to Mr. Frederic Valier as Secretary General of CEMR.
