City officials and decision-makers will gather in Seoul to learn and exchange on how cities can be more equitable and efficient thanks to smart technologies. SHRDC will organize some field trips to showcase how Seoul uses technology to improve citizen’s quality of life.

The specific purposes of this course are:

• To build e-Government capacities in day-to-day city administration for foreign city officials and to share Seoul‟s smartcity strategy.
• To establish a policy transfer platform to exchange in-depth learning from experts and peers in e-Government and a smart city area and to share best practices among participants
• To give a venue for city-to-city cooperation in building the smart city strategy and better e-Governance by sharing the best practices and experiences
