Our Secretary General was invited to share insights regarding how the metropolitan scale can benefit from technology to improve people's quality of life. In this sense, two main drivers were identified: the need for data generated in and by the city to be made available and accessible to people; public-private collaboration and collaboration between public institutions to be able to offer a better quality of life to people.
