Since 2014, the Seoul Human Resource Development Center (SHRDC) has been organizing annually the SHRDC International Forum to review the performance of its international training programs and to find a strategic way for further development and future directions. The forum is attended by administrative experts, professors and officials of international organizations to provide valuable tips to enhance the quality of programs. More importantly, some of the participants to the trainings deliver a presentation on what and how they apply Seoul’s administrative practices to the different urban fields contained in the courses topics.
