Calling All Young Artists! 🧑🎨
"Metropolis Through Children's Eyes" International Youth Painting Contest
This is the chance for the children in your life to inspire the world with their creativity! We invite children aged 5 to 14 to participate in the "Metropolis Through Children's Eyes" International Youth Painting Contest.
Children are encouraged to share their vision of the future of cities through their artwork and propose imaginative solutions for city development. Selected participants will have their artwork and ideas shine at an international event, the 2023 Global Mayors' Forum in Guangzhou, China, December 7th to 9th this year. Your city's young artists are the future visionaries of urban development. Let their art inspire and create positive change in our cities. Your support is greatly appreciated.
All children should submit their artwork and the attached application form to mtce@guangzhouaward.org by November 25th, 2023.
Contest Details
Age Group: 5-8 years old, 9-11 years old, 12-14 years old
Artwork Requirements:
- Original artworks based on the theme of the future of cities
- All drawing or painting styles are welcomed
- Submission format: Digital version (jpg, jpeg, or png, file size up to 10MB)
Participation Period: November 2023
Rewards:
- Outstanding works will be displayed during the 2023 Global Mayors’ Forum
- Digital certificates will be sent to the personal email addresses of prize-winners
Exhibition Period and Venue: December 7th to 9th, 2023 during the 2023 Global Mayors’ Forum at the Guangzhou Yuexiu International Congress Center in Guangzhou, China
Submission Details:
- Participants should submit their artwork and a filled-out application form to mtce@guangzhouaward.org.
- Incomplete submissions will not be considered.
