Within the framework of UCLG’s 2022 Retreat, Mr. Octavi de la Varga, Metropolis Secretary General met with Ms. Mariana Flores, Executive Director of Institutional Representation in the Mexico City Government. The current situation and upcoming changes at the Metropolis General Secretariat were discussed as well as the opportunities for collaboration with “Change Alliance”.
