Within the framework of UCLG’s 2022 Retreat, Mr. Octavi de la Varga, Secretary General of Metropolis met with Ms. Njoud Salah Abdeljawad, International Relations Directors of Amman. During the meeting, Amman reaffirmed its commitment with Metropolis and areas of work within the network were identified. Digitalisation was also highlighted as a priority issue for Amman, which expressed its interest in presenting a pilot project on this topic. Finally, a more active participation in the "City Managers Community” was discussed.
