This pilot project develops a model for exchange of knowledge and learning in metropolitan areas on integrated water resources management (IWRM) as a vital element for resilience and adaptation to the effects of climate change. It will analyze the follow-up and monitoring methodologies associated with the measures implemented for IWRM in the participating cities (Bogotá, Quito and Barcelona).
