The Innovation Forum for Mayors of International Sister Cities of Chengdu is a three-day sister city program sponsored by Chengdu Municipal Government under the city’s annual event Global Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fair since 2015. The forum brings together mayors, high level officials, academicians, experts, etc. from Chengdu’s sister cities to tap the potential of innovation and entrepreneurship for scientific urban transformation and sustainable urban development, and to stimulate in-depth exchange and collaboration between policymakers from home and abroad through closed-door meetings, keynote speeches and panel discussions.
