EGI Governing Board Meeting #1

Governing Board Remit: Reviewing the strategic direction of the planned initiative, the overall  delivery of its components against agreed targets and the budget. This group consists of six  members (two appointed by UCLG, two by Metropolis and two by LSE Cities) plus the three  initiative leads from each of the three partner organisations (ex-officio). This board is meeting  every six months.
