Debates on the COVID and the decentralized cooperation: 2nd seminar

On May 12th, at 15:30 CEST Proyecto AL-LAs and the Barcelona Provincial Council organize the second seminar of the series "debates on the COVID and the decentralized cooperation". This session, entitled "The role of international local government action and decentralised cooperation in the face of the crisis triggered by the COVID19", will be developed from a round table, in which representatives of local governments, city networks and experts will share their vision and experience.
