One of the agreements achieved at the meeting of the Executive and Financial Committee was the need for an extraordinary meeting of the Board of Directors before the Metropolis World Congress in October 2020. The main issues to be addressed will be: the Strategic and Action Plan 2021-2023, the candidatures for the Metropolis 2020 elections, the state of the accounts to be presented at the Congress, and the formal approval of the new auditors for the next six years.

Given the COVID 19 outbreak worldwide, the Extraordinary Meeting of the World of Directors will take place online on May 2020 (the exact day is yet to be confirmed).
