In the framework of the World Urban forum, Secretary General met with Mr. Nicolás Galarza, Vice-Minister of Environment and Territorial Planning, Ministry of the Environment and Sustainable Development of Colombia. The meeting aimed at study the common grounds on what Mr Galarza is implementing under the name of "Biodiverciudades" ( to value (economically too) the biodiversity that exists within and "around" cities) and Metropolis' work.
