It is my sad duty to tell you all that our colleague Paul Jerome, at the State of Victoria (Melbourne), passed away on November 3rd.

In his long and rewarding career in urban planning in Melbourne, Paul made numerous valuable and noteworthy contributions to METROPOLIS. His skills and knowledge gave him a formidable reputation and his role in the association, will be sadly missed.

On behalf of the Metropolis Secretariat General I want to extend our sympathies to his close colleagues and friends.
